Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the applicable European directive, consumers residing in the European Union have a period of 14 days from the receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons.
This right may be exercised subject to the exceptions provided for by current legislation (notably for certain personalized or opened products).
How to exercise your right of withdrawal?
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please fill out the form below, indicating:
- Your first name and last name
- The email address used when placing the order
- The order number concerned
Once your request is submitted, it will be automatically forwarded to our customer service.
Confirmation of your request
After submitting the form, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your withdrawal request. We will then inform you of the next steps regarding the return and/or refund of your order.
